Madrid, October 19 to 23, 2026: what the week looks like

ADETIA's next cohort takes place in Madrid from October 19 to 23, 2026. Five in-person days with the group capped at 20 participants, a size chosen so case work and individual mentoring are real rather than a conference format.
Monday. Mission opening, participant introductions and the framework for the week. The main session covers European market entry: company structures, local partners, applicable regulation and the frequent mistakes made when a Latin American company goes international. The day closes with an opening dinner alongside faculty and mentors.
Tuesday. Artificial intelligence applied to business. The session starts from real cases and moves into a workshop where each participant identifies two or three processes in their own company that can be automated, with an estimate of cost, risk and expected return.
Wednesday. Leadership, innovation culture and change management in international organisations. The focus is the internal resistance that appears when a company adopts new tools, and how to sustain change beyond the initial pilot.
Thursday. A day outside the classroom. Visits to companies and innovation hubs across Madrid, with meetings with Spanish and European executives. The aim is for contacts to happen in their working context, not in a networking room.
Friday. Executive communication in the morning and a pitch before a panel of investors and executives in the afternoon, with structured written feedback. The week closes with the final session and onboarding into the ADETIA participant network.
Program investment and admission conditions are shared on request, after a first conversation with the team and a short profile interview.
